We believe every event is a unique, so we approach your job as a blank canvas to be filled with the best possible content for your goals. Other event planners maintain rosters of performers and vendors and pitch them regardless of your needs. We treat every event as a blank canvas, sourcing or creating the talent and materiel that best fits you. Furthermore, we are staffed by professional directors and producers, who can design one-of-a-kind content exclusively for your event.

Our Process

During intake, we have conversations and discussions about our clients’ goals and the impact they want their campaigns and events to make. Taking all those into consideration, we begin designing entertainment options that will best convey those ideas, working within our clients’ brands and budgets. Working with our clients, we develop a ‘menu’ of custom-created event options. After our clients make their final decisions what they want off the menu, we head into production and create them, 100% tailored to their vision!

Our History

Entertainment Designers began in New York City in the mid-2000s when a group of musicians decided to go the extra mile and build custom playlists for each party and wedding they played. As word of mouth and reputation spread, our expertise has been been tapped for diverse events as high fashion nightclub events, family-oriented Oktoberfest parties, corporate branding events and private parties and weddings of all shapes and sizes.
